Tracey's Care Service

   Tracey's Care Service is here for anyone who needs help taking care of thier loved ones. We are trained certified Home Health Care Aides looking to work directly with you, with out the high cost of  using an agency or provider.

   I have been in the Home Health care feld for 13 years. I actually came up with the idea for this service due to a friend of mine was getting married and she has a son with disabilities, she was having the hardest time finding some one to care for her sons while she went on her honeymoon To pay out of pocket for someone to come in to care for them was very expensive and to have him go into a  respite care facility again was expensive and then left her other son with no one to care for him. After researching  the diffrent types of options available to anyone with loved ones who have special care needs, I found there is not many options available to you and what is can cost hundreds a day out of your pocket.

   I began talking to people I have worked with in the past and asked them what they though of this service and if they would be intrested in doing something like this. I was actually suprised by the high enthusiasm I recieved from them and they were ready to get to work.

   I know you are asking yourself , Why would I want to contact you to find a Home Health Aide for me?  The answer is I have worked in the field for 13 years, I was the Assistant Manager for group homes and CLS sites for over 2 years, Ive worked in the private industry for 11 years and I also worked for a center.  I have done private child care out of my home for 4 years. As part of my past work history I have trained and supervised dozens of Home Health Care Aides. I also enjoy the work, there is nothing more rewarding than helping people.

   You  are the employer, you get the chance to interview your Home Health Care Aide.  Every Aide will provide a list of references to you.  Tracey's Care Service does not recieve compensation from You or the Aide.  All I do is sent out emails to Certified Aides that would be beneficial to your needs or give you thier numbers.
